Hannah Daddario, MBA, starts career in healthcare recruiting

After earning B.S. Honors in psychology and business, Hannah Daddario ’24, MBA ’25, will join Amergis, to begin working as a healthcare recruiter. Active throughout her OSU studies, Daddario was an OSU cheerleader, a Psi Chi international honor society member, Alpha Phi international sorority member, and a researcher at the Applied Social Cognition Lab.

College of Business: What are your plans after graduation?

Hannah Daddario: After graduation I will be starting my career as a healthcare recruiter at Amergis.

COB: What’s your major and/or minor?

HD: MBA-Human Resources Management

COB: What’s one thing you learned during your academic journey that made a big impact?

HD: Get involved and take advantage of the opportunities in front of you!

COB: Was there a moment you realized you’d grown during your time at OSU?

HD: Tabling at the career fair as an ambassador for the graduate business programs was a significant experience for me. Being on the other side of the table, representing the university, made me feel a sense of personal and professional growth.

COB: Who or what helped you along the way?

HD: Jennifer Villalobos, Omar Trinidad, all of my management and HR professors, and my amazing Career Success Center peers.
