What are your plans for after graduation?

For the past two summers I interned with Daimler Truck North America in Portland, Oregon. During the summer of 2022, I was a Talent Acquisition intern, and, in the summer of 2023, I was a Culture & Development intern. I now have a full-time position with them as an Early Career Talent Coordinator starting in July 2024.

What is the most valuable thing you learned, regarding your academic studies?

I am a Management major specializing in Human Resources. The most valuable thing I learned regarding my academic studies is the ability to problem solve, think outside the box, and effectively present the ideas and changes I come up with.

What are you most proud of regarding your student experience?

I am most proud of being the co-founder of Women Mean Business, a club here in the COB. We founded this club in 2022 and the initiatives, experiences, and meetings we were able to provide were a huge success I am very proud of.

What was the biggest challenge you faced?

My biggest challenge overall has been balancing school, work, and extracurricular activities. The College of Business has so many opportunities and things to get involved in, balancing that with work and school can be a challenge, but it has been a valuable experience!
